THE CIDER

You could say we’re
apple-obsessed, but we know that in order to make the best cider, you need the best apples.

That’s why we only grow our favourite bittersweet and bittersharp apple varieties from around the world. Guided by traditional English-style cider making, we prioritize quality, and robust, balanced flavours. Our cider is dry and complex, low sugar, and gluten free. With our flagship ciders as anchors, we let the seasons and local harvests guide the rest.

Locally Grown,
Expertly Made

Lance knows our land, trees, and fruit inside out. As Orchardist and Head Cider Maker, he’s hands-on at every stage, from tending the orchard to crafting small-batch cider from our own apples. His deep understanding of fruit and fermentation is supported by formal certification through the Cider Institute, and shaped by years of working directly with our farm and harvest. Thoughtful, orchard-led and grounded in traditional cider-making, his approach is guided by the seasons. At Swayne Creek, he brings together orchard-led growing and traditional cider-making to create ciders that reflect our land, and care for the craft.
