FROM ORCHARD TO GLASS, FOR SHARING

OUR STORY

A cleared plot of land, a hand-planted orchard, and one strenuous barn-raising later, the Ciderhouse was born. A homespun operation, rooted in hard work and care for the land, and as deliciously audacious as the apples themselves.

The Ciderhouse began with a piece of land and a vision. In 2020, when the world slowed down, we saw the potential to create something meaningful: a working farm, a place to gather, and something our community could enjoy together. Clearing land and planting an orchard soon led to small-batch cider made from our own fruit, crafted the traditional way. Today, everything we do is guided by that original idea – apple-forward cider, thoughtfully made, and rooted right here on the farm.

HOW TO GET HERE

From the orchard we planted, to the barn we raised, it’s handpicked and handcrafted all the way.

WHAT GOES
AROUND, COMES
AROUND

We love where we live, and believe in treading as lightly as possible. From the way we farm, to the way we care for our orchard and craft our cider, we focus on low-impact, eco-friendly practices. The strength of our land and the vibrancy of our community are equally important to us, and we’re in good company. We’re thrilled to support, and be supported by local businesses and neighbouring orchards, who are as passionate about their work as we are about apples
